Frequently Asked Questions
Q. How much does it cost?
Our pricing varies depending on the number of dogs you have and how often you’d like the waste cleaned up. We offer a simple, easy-to-use quote generator that gives you an exact cost for your specific waste care needs. Click here to get your quote in just 2 minutes!
Q. Do you offer flexible scheduling?
Yes! Our poop scooping and dog walking services are built around your schedule. We offer weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly options, and we can also clean decks, patios, and dog runs.
Q. How often do your pooper scoopers visit my yard?
That’s entirely up to you! Part of our pricing is based on the frequency of visits. Our team can come one-time, every other week, weekly, or even twice a week.
Q. Is there an extra charge for first-time cleanup?
If it’s been a while since your yard was last cleaned, there may be an additional fee for your first service.
Q. Do I need to be home for your scoopers to access my yard?
Nope! You don’t need to be home—we just need easy access to your yard. Dogs can stay outside if they’re friendly (our team loves them!). For your peace of mind, you’ll receive a photo of your closed gate after every visit. If we haven’t met your dogs before and you’re home, we’d love a quick introduction so nobody gets startled.
Q. Can my dog stay in the yard while you scoop?
In most cases, yes. Most dogs enjoy the attention when we visit, and our scoopers love interacting with them! However, if your dog shows aggressive behavior and won’t allow us into the yard, we’ll notify you and return once the dog is safely restrained or confined.
Q. What happens to the waste that is scooped?
By default, we dispose of your pet’s waste in your trash bins. If you’d prefer that we haul it away, we can do so for a small additional fee.
Q. Do you offer deodorizing services?
We sure do! You can add our optional deodorizing service at checkout.
